So easy

Even opening the account was so easy - none of the nonsense with big banks. I love the fact that when I swipe my card, money is taken off my account immediately and does not sit as a pending transaction. Maybe a small benefit in most people's eyes but really helpful for me. Being able to put spending into categories helps to track my spending easily. Saving pots are easy to set up. Transferring money overseas is easy. Using my card abroad is easy. I was subject to fraud not too long ago. It was easy to block my card and communicate with the fraud team who sent me a new card. No call centres and queues to deal with. It was easy to do and my new card arrived super fast. Monzo is easy to use and easy to manage your account. Thanks Monzo. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
