Monzo - no mess, easy to understand banking!

Monzo is a friendly, easy to use app based bank. When I’ve used their customer service team for support they have been excellent. They have a no mess, easy to understand way of communicating with customers. The thing that really impressed me was how quickly they raised the interest rate on the savings account. Another benefit is using the card abroad for transactions with no fee. Couple this with immediately seeing the cost in GBP it makes it really easy to keep a track of your holiday spending. Always first class

My Monzo account is amazing. I love that I am able to keep an eye on what I am spending. My experience of their customer service team was exceptional. Couple this with the fabulous flexibility, and competitive rates, when travelling abroad and it really is first class in all areas. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
