Best bank for giving you something back for banking with them

I opened a savings account with them a couple of months ago which was so easy. The app is really easy to use and the interest rates are some of the best going - and not only this, they actually pay you the interest earned into your account each month, so you are continually accruing interest and get it back straight away rather than having to wait for the end of the year.
