What every bank should aspire to be.

Simplicity and communication. That's it! As an "everyday" banker, I, like so many others now don't have thousands stored away in savings so interest rates are not the most important thing in like. What IS Important is having a bank that communicates with you and tries to make your life easy. The Monzo banking app has been a revelation in pulling my finances into one place to manage, and the Monzo Flex capability has changed the way I manage my finances. I couldn't be happier with Monzo and would recommend to EVERYONE! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
