A Bank that Cares

A couple of years ago, I was looking for a new bank. My parents had set me up with a traditional bank. However, being a young, digitally-savvy individual looking for more insight and breakdowns into my financial life, I was on the hunt for a new bank. I came across numerous challenger banks. After some reviewing and debating, I settled on Monzo. It’s safe to say I have never looked back. Not only do Monzo continue to deliver great customer service, innovative new features and insightful spending analysis, for the first time ever, I genuinely feel like they care about me and my financial health. When I was scammed (I know, ironic for someone ‘digitally-savvy’), they gave me my money back instantly whilst they chased up the fraud claim. No questions asked.
