Chip is just fab!

It’s clear the customer is what drives Chip and the app is testament to that. It blends banking functionality with financial information all presented in a user friendly way that isn’t filled with jargon or patronising. There are how to videos, informative briefs etc. These clearly articulate diverse financial topics such as transferring money to different levels of risk and reward when investing The information always feels accessible and never intimidating. On the banking side everything just works. I’ve never had a single problem using the app. I’ve been able to manage my finances easily; setting up accounts, making transfers etc instantaneously and, update personal details safely. I have such confidence using the app. I don’t think I’m really the target audience for Chip as I’m 56 but it has actually transformed my banking helping me to achieve goals I’ve never managed before. I love it and recommended it to my son who also uses it now too! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Great for making saving easy
