Monzo is brilliant.

Monzo is brilliant. The app-based banking experience is great and makes it so easy to manage money, see what's going out when and which account/pot it's going from. Get paid a day early is also a superb feature. Customer service is good, but it's slower than it was when the bank was smaller - back then, it was almost instant. It isn't now, and I hope it picks up again, but via chat in the app is the best way to do it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Great app, great service. Name a bank could set up a personal current account for my other half, deliver the card, activate their personal account and then create and deliver both debit cards for our joint account within 4 working days, having just launched joint accounts?
