Monzo really care for their customers!

Monzo really care for their customers! A few years back I had a restaurant in New York take 2 payments from my account and when I contacted Monzo they refunded one payment immediately( they could clearly see that it was a duplicate) while they pursued the money back from the restaurant. Excellent service! Oh and I love the no fees abroad which I believe they were one of the first to introduce and their social media presence is second to none Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
