Can't trust my money to people that I can't contact

Customer service is non-existent, no phone number and only way is through the App messaging service which promises 3 hrs response time, but its been 3 days so far an counting! Cannot trust my money with an organisation that I can't communicate with regardless of what interest rate it promises. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Makes it easy to save

Really like the app, makes it so easy to save without noticing it, Plum's free autosave calculates it all for me. I particularly liked the clever naughty step they implemented to help keep my new years resolutions - very clever! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
