Convenient and helpful

I love the pots feature, so convenient. I have a savings account with Monzo, and I appreciate that I was alerted as soon as they opened a new savings account instant access saver of their own with a higher interest rate. The switch from one to the other was so easy. I’m yet to have any issues so can’t speak for their customer service team directly, but their marketing and socials are so fun - top tier!
