It's the bank that worked out how I want to bank

I joined Monzo a few years ago and it has honestly changed my life for the better. I used to fear logging into my bank account, because it was overly complicated, not intuitive and didn't put the customer at the forefront of the experience. It feels to me like Monzo got inside my head and offered an experience and products that I wanted (some things I didn't even know I needed). Their self-services is fantastic, it's easy to use and rare that you ever need to 'chat' to someone. Not only this, their social media is Reviewed on: 14th April 2023
