Brilliant Company

This company website was quick and easy to use when applying for a loan. I constantly check mine and the website log in is very simple and secure to use. I have had money worries at one stage during a period of having said loan and spoke to the wonderful customer service team over the phone. They are nonjudgmental, reassuring and full of helpful advice. I have been able to pay a chunk of my loan off early which is a great and easy to do via their website. I was contacted to have the option of shortening my term for the same monthly payment or to lower my monthly payment which knocked some of the interest off meaning less to pay. Overall a brilliant company I would recommend to anyone wishing to get a loan. Reviewed on: 19th June 2023
