Personal loan set up with Bamboo

Whilst setting up the loan with bamboo the personal I was on the phone with where very professional, warm, friendly and patient with me. They explained everything to me that I didn't understand and how the loan works. Their staff are very understanding also when I have had two missed payments on my loan not due to not having the money it was there just silly mishaps like I lost my bank card and I got new one I forgot to tell Bamboo I had done so. They was more than happy to help me out the same day I called stopping me from getting a negative mark on my credit profile. To which I'm very grateful of. They are always there to help their customers the best way they can to help their customers find an easy way that's affordable to continue moving forward in life without stress of worrying about money. Best value for money

I've had bad credit in the past due to life set backs and it took me.a long time to get credit and to get a loan. Bamboo really helped me out and had amazing customer service friendly towards me when going through the procedure of the loan I didn't feel I was being grilled with negative questions I felt as though I was important to Bamboo. Which in turn made me want to have a loan with them. They have very understanding staff, that's there to help you if anything goes wrong too. I've had loans before a d Bamboo is by far one of the best I have delt with and currently dealing with and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loan.
