exceptional, efficient, transparent and face to face trustworthy communication.

With a little reluctance to apply for a loan to cover my final payments for my daughter's wedding Bamboo gave me a full understanding of their service, I was impressed that they were transparent in their dealings and gave me time for reflection and time to ask questions and check authenticity of the realistic offer and terms. They had made good research that I was able to meet repayments according to my means and therefore not to find myself in debt, Communication was friendly and realistically, time was given for discussion and advice. Action was quick and clear with guidance throughout that was client friendly and personal. No pressure was given and adequate time to reflect and consider the application and friendly response to the questions asked which gave confidence in the expertise and professionalism of the company.to identify the risk factors for the client. taking on the responsibility of a loan.
