Ref: Joshua Davies I have just completed my remortgage with Monmouthshire Bank and wanted to give you some feedback regarding Joshua Davies. I have had around 5 conversations with Joshua regarding my remortgage application. From the first call through every call, he has been professional, reliable and has always put his best foot forward. I've worked at Lloyds Banking Group and with several financial organisations over the last 10 - 20 years. I have also dealt with a lot of mortgage applications and banking matters, and I just wanted to let you know that he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I think he's a real asset to your organisation. Great and friendly service

Opened a new ISA, closed previous accounts and a transfer/withdraw funds. Emma was super quick, and explained all the accounts/transactions clearly. Really quick service and great customer service. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2023
