We had the misfortune to lose our caravan in a fire.

We had the misfortune a couple of years ago to lose our caravan and contents in a fire. The rep came out and assured us straight off that we would be paid out in full. A month later we had a new caravan and we were back outdoors. No quibbles, helpful staff, easy to contact and work with, all exactly how we like it. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

our caravan burnt to the ground - but sorted!

Excellent peace of mind service from Caravan Guard

Aside from the easy, straightforward means of renewing policies etc. Caravan Guard really came to our rescue when our caravan burnt down to the ground, (along with around a hundred other caravans and Motorhomes) whilst in our local gold rated storage compound. The Caravan Guard rep met us the next day and promised us a full new for old payout, which we received within a couple of weeks.
