Review of the Caravan Guard, Caravan insurance:

Insurance sold by people not computers.

Fortunately I haven't had to submit a claim but if their process is as sensible as the man I spoke to when purchasing my policy 2 years ago, then it should be logical and easy going. It was a refreshing experience to speak to someone on the phone after the usual office hours of other insurers. And to someone who actually sounded like he new the leisure activity rather then just reading from a computer screen. Hopefully if my renewal quotation in October is another reasonable one, then I won't hesitate to renew for the third year. I also appreciate the online news, competition and tips from them.
