Review of the Caravan Guard, Caravan insurance:

I cancelled my policy due to selling my caravan and had to pay around £30 for someone to push a button to cancel my policy, shame you don’t give me £30 when I take the policy out with you, they said if you take out a policy with us in the future we will take &30 off your new policy. No thanks you clearly do t value my custom. Caravan & Motorhome club for insurance for me from now on Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

Reply from Caravan Guard We're sorry you're not happy with our cancellation fees and to lose you as a customer. These are standard practice in the insurance industry and at £30 ours is much less than many providers. The fees are clearly explained when you take out a policy and as you state, if you were to take out a new policy with us in the future we will take £30 off this. We offer a 12 month policy and the insurance prices we offer take into account our costs of policy setup and ongoing business costs. They are based on the assumption we will receive a full 12 months premium so we do need to charge a fee when a policy is ended early. Wishing you all the best Liz Response date: 11th October 2023
