Excellent customer service

It doesn't matter whether I call or email, I always get a friendly response. Emails are replied to the same day, often within the hour. Luckily, we have not had to make any claims but, from how they deal with their enquiries, I have no doubt it would be dealt with swiftly and professionally. We have been with them for years, first with caravans and now a motorhome, and have recommended them to everybody! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

We have been with Caravan Guard for a number of years - first with caravans, then our Autotrail motorhome and now our Hymer motorhome. They have always been very competitive and the inclusive breakdown cover is a bonus. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
