Terrible Customer service

I have not been able to access my current account since February. They give me deadlines where I will get an answer and they are never resolved. If there was 0 stars I would give them zero. A lot of incompetent staff here, Micheal, Jessica, Frankie, Lottie, Summer, Frankie, Fiya, Douglas, Lucia, Matthew, Rebecca, Lola, Millie, complaints team, fraud investigation team, specialist team.
