The worst customer service experience.

I have never exprienced stress and anger as much as I had with this company's service. They charged my family even after we sold the car and after my dad contacted them they cancelled the insurance but then randomly upgraded the account to a premium. Me and my dad contacted them again, spend up to 2 hrs on the phone to cancel the account and organise a refund which the lady on the phone said it will take a week to sort out. The account was cancelled but after a week instead of a refund letter we got a letter for an overdue bill. Next time I contacted them again over the weekend. First day the customer service lady goes over the same conversation but when my questions starts getting harder, she waits until the end of the day then just ghosts me. Second day, same bloody conversation with another bloke. Ends up struggling with basic questions and refuses to answer any question about the refund. At the end he just tell me to get my father on the phone next time and closes the conversation. I gave them all the information they wanted during the exchange and even the case number so they can trace the older conversation quicker. They didnt use the reference number at all. Whats the point in having them then? Just to pose as professionals in front of the public. Bunch of cronies. Reviewed on: 6th August 2023
