On the whole good, customer service could always be...

On the whole good, customer service could always be improved upon, which is the same as any other business out there. My experience with PayPal has on balance been extremely positive to myself as a father and to my children who use the services provide also. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Great service

I have been with One Call for a number of years now. Their service is excellent and to the point and they respond quickly to any issue you may raise regarding a policy. They provide monthly reminders before each payment is due to leave you bank account if you have taken a policy where the premiums are spread across 12 Months. All in all they provide me with everything I need as a policy holder. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
