Excellent customer service

Our son has a complex health history and the person we spoke to when we initially took out this insurance couldn't have been more helpful. Unlike other companies who just read from a pre-prepared set of question, I felt that they treated our son as an individual and made sure they fully understood his unusual history. We have now taken travel insurance out with them 3 times. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023
