Review of the Goodtogoinsurance.com, Travel insurance:

Avoid at all costs!

We booked a 5 week trip to Australia and New Zealand and because of length of trip had to take out a one off insurance policy which cost £350. A few months after taking out the policy my husband was diagnosed with very low risk prostate cancer. He was to start treatment when we returned from our holiday and the prostate cancer would in no way affect the holiday. Nevertheless Good to Go seen fit to charge us an additional £650. Therefore insurance for trip £1000. The week before we were due to go on holiday my mother suddenly and unexpectedly passed away therefore we obviously had to cancel our trip. Thats when the nightmare kicks in. Good to Go take nothing to do with claims. They use underwriters Global Response who were an obsolute nightmare to deal with. It took many months and a whole of stress, which I did not need at that particular time given I was grieving for my mother. Good to go were not at any time interested in issues we experienced with their underwriters. They take your money and that is that. Please I would urge you not to use them.
