Refreshing customer service

Very simply, Caravan Guard have done everything they said they would. We have not experienced a claim, and hope not too, but every contact we have made we have had an immediate response. One minor error noted - we were sent the Windscreen Insurance disc with a previous Registration Number in error. We notified Caravan Guard at 7.0 pm one evening, and received the correct Windscreen disc at 11.00 am the following day. Yes, the following morning. Incredible. Always polite, always followed up with immediate response. Refreshing customer service, something which seems to elude a lot of businesses these days. Well done Caravan Guard.
