Golf Care give your claims department a kick up the ???

On July 19 2023 I had a Hole In One on the 7th hole par 3 in an official club Medal Competition. Having submitted my score card, and official signed letter from my club secretary and an official bar bill with the club name on it, and the date of writing this review is 14/10/2023 I am still waiting for payment, having spoken to several claims officers of the Insurance company but still no payment. I have deliberately marked down 3 stars for recommending Golf Care which is a shame as it's probably the "Red Tape" within the Underwriters. So I suggest Bernard Gallagher go in and kick a few backsides, as this service is not good enough. I have renewed my policy, but I think as a gesture of goodwill, Golf Care refund my payment or at least 2 Dozen Pro V 1 Balls. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023
