Provides a satisfying customer experience!

Professional and courteous to deal with, understood my needs and took time to discuss with me. When it comes to money, everyone has different circumstances and requirements, and sometimes the background financials are not ‘standard’ so require understanding from the lender. Zopa took the time to do exactly this, by calling me and reviewing my finances in detail. I found the interaction mature and sensible. The right decision followed. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024
