I absolutely LOVE Monzo

I absolutely LOVE using Monzo and have been now for many years - creating pots helps me to manage my money better, it's really easy to split and send/receive money with other Monzo users, and I love the simplicity of the design. The only downfall I've experienced so far (unfortunately) is not so great Customer Service via the app - in certain cases they haven't been very helpful at all and sometimes you'll type a message, it will say '[name]' is going to assist you and then you don't get a response from them so have to send another message. It's surprising that a company with such a great rep on LinkedIn and other socials does not have the most friendly or helpful Customer Service team. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
