A seamless experience

I've been with a few banks over the years, but Monzo come out on top for each category I'd expect from a bank. Their app is by far the best, and since the recent overhaul of the app it's only gotten better, with new features working great, and the engagement from Monzo staff on their forum is excellent. Home screen allows me to see a snapshot of my finances, and I can then drill into more detail with just a tap if I need to. Pots are incredibly useful, not sure how I managed without them before. Flex is great, easy to understand. Trends is amazing, we're already saving money from using the categorisation, and the targets feature has really helped us cut back to save money; so far this month we're spending 49% less than last month!
