Fantastic technology and mentality of design

The technology of the app and the mentality behind the features of the account is second to none; if only all British banks thought the same way when designing modern current accounts, British banking would be so far ahead of everyone else. The only thing putting Monzo down is its abysmal customer service. Hopefully that will improve soon. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
