I like and respect their transparency about cost of account: £3 fee/month. App is easy to use. And I like hearing from Triodos in emails about how they're supporting sustainable enterprise, environmental groups etc. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Banking with Triodos has been a really positive experience. Their customer service is excellent; they are very clear about why they have set the online banking up as they have; and I value, enormously, the newsletter info showing me what projects and organisations Triodos is supporting to make a Positive difference to our communities in the UK.
