Triodos makes me feel happy, which is priceless

The account works really well and has all the features I need, including a well-designed mobile app. The big difference is that the bank makes me feel happy and proud: Triodos is investing my money in sustainable businesses, while my previous banks were investing my money in industries that are destroying the planet. It's hard to put a value on that, but it should matter to all of us. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Triodos is efficient, friendly and ethical.

Triodos is efficient, friendly and helpful. But the biggest differentiator is the feeling of relief I feel as a customer of an ethical bank. I've previously banked with Barclays, HSBC and Santander, all of which were heavy investors in expanding use of fossil fuels, which made me feel awful. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Ethical, friendly, with good communications.

Ethical, friendly, with good communications. Honestly, It's a relief to have a bank account where I don't have to feel guilty about their investment practices.
