Fantastic customer service, great ethics

Fantastic customer service, listen and respond well to feedback. They provide regular updates on bank activity and projects they are supporting. I really value being with an ethical provider. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

No regrets after joining Triodos. Fantastic communication and I love receiving updates on the work they are doing. Really value being part of an ethical bank. Communication is great and am keen to have more products with Triodos Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Rate Triodos really highly.

Rate Triodos really highly. Customer service always quick to respond and helpful and friendly. The banking App needs a bit of work which is my only fault. Really value their ethics and I'm glad I switched. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
