Very Positive I began using Monzo in 2023 and I have had a very great experience, being able to access my wages a day earlier has helped me through the cost of living crisis, very easy mobile app which is every easy to navigate, customer service are very helpful and informative, within months of opening my current account I decided to upgrade to Premium which has a great list of benefits whether it's travel insurance or cheaper airport lounge access as well as many many more benefits once you have signed up, overall I would highly reccomend everyone to sign up to a Monzo bank.
