excellent experience so far

I haven't had any issues so far, and therefore I cannot evaluate Monzo's customer service. However, my experience so far has been very good. I especially loved the very easy way to send and receive money form friends, since this is not an option that we have with bank accounts in Italy (not in the same way as it is with my British bank account with Monzo). It was also very easy to get an account, which is not a given when you are a student in a foreign country. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
