Cannot be beaten as a bank

Cannot be beaten as a bank. Not perfect, but also expect a lot as a fintech that has released so many great features over the years. Customer service is great, just navigating the maze to actually speak to someone can be challenging. Rates on their new investment product aren't the best but a good route in for beginners, and the Plus and Premium tiers need some love as they are a bit stale and no longer represent good value.
