Monzo put the 'fine' back into fin(e)ance!

I love the way the app is set out and that I get notifications whenever money is spent, I have a joint account with my wife, so whenever any of us spend something it's easy for us to keep track of our weekly budgets. Monzo also have excellent extra features such as tracking your mortgage, cashback deals, savers pots with good interest rates and getting your wages paid into your account a day early. All these little extra touches help to make a great customer experience when using the product. The customer service team are also very helpful and there are several ways to get in touch. They have always been very helpful and professional whenever we have had issues and they have been solved quickly. To be honest I was a bit sceptical of using them at first because they weren't a mainstream bank and we're relatively new at that point but I am so glad that I did choose to bank with them and I would absolutely recommend them.
