I've been using Monzo for almost two years, and I understand why it has received numerous awards for the Best Bank of the Year. In terms of features, I appreciate the user-friendly interface with bright yet subtle colors, providing a captivating experience. The Pots feature has been particularly helpful for managing and budgeting my funds. In regard to benefits, the Monzo Flex (credit card) stands out as one of the best with minimal to no interest rates and reliable service. I also find the high-yield savings account feature appealing due to its competitive interest rate. The new investment feature has become one of my favorites, allowing me to practice and enhance my knowledge of investing through Stocks and Shares ISA. Lastly, I must commend the exceptional customer support provided by Monzo.
