Thank you for taking on board my case Here the the ongoing problems: I have lost my job earning 35K annum end of December due to all of this stress and inconvenience from this bank . I started my new job 30th august 2023 and I have taken out so much additional Time during my probation period and this has lead to dismissal . The Monzo staff have passed me over staff to staff and they all say the same thing , to change my email or delete and re install the app and this problem is still not resolved . I still cannot log into my account - I have the same error screen show “stating we don’t know what’s wrong” I still have money in that account not able to touch or move I have had no offers or anything I have send further screen shots from them I am look for 3 months salary of my annual income as compensation- 35k /12 . X 3 months - £2916 x 3 =8748 as compensation I am also keen to expose them in the market and tell everyone why they shouldn’t join Monzo as they have block access to our money with no access .
