Great banking

I've been banking with Starling bank since 2019 and from day one I have always been impressed with my current account with them. The customer service has always been so friendly an accommodating whenever I need them (which is very rare) and the app is easy to use and has a great layout. The Overdraft fees I have experienced have been low and manageable to keep track of (i.e. one small payment a month rather than daily charges). Setting up my account with them was a nice smooth process and I love the pots of money you can create for different occasions. I also love the 'share the load' calculator they have created to keep track of unpaid household work between people in my household. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024
