Reply from Chip Hi Kathryn, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and a rating. I'm sorry you had trouble withdrawing your funds. There are a couple of reasons you may be having trouble making a withdrawal. I've listed these below: - You don't have a bank account connected to Chip to withdraw to (you can add this in the 'Profile' tab) - Your funds are still processing and so can't be withdrawn (while bank transfers usually clear within seconds, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits can take up to three working days to clear) Due to the nature of the Chip app and the service we offer, our customer contact is mainly through our app-based chat (which can be found on the 'Profile' tab in-app) and our support email address [email protected].
