Monzo is a bank that actually cares

Monzo is a bank that actually cares about its customers. They have the best savings rates on their easy access pots - you can save AND get your money when you need it. It's your money and that's how they see it too. Any time I've had to dispute a payment and request a chargeback, they've been on my side. Most notable is when all flights were cancelled during the pandemic and airlines were being sneaky about providing refunds (oh, have it as a voucher, if you don't want it - hold with customer service abroad for 2 hours until they hang up on you). Monzo sorted it out for me in a few minutes over a customer support chat. You know when NPS surveys ask you "how likely are you to recommend us to your friends and family?" and all you can think is "why would I ever be talking to my friends about an operating system?". Well. Monzo is one of the few exceptions to this and I have and will continue recommending them to everyone. Keep rocking, Monzo! Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
