Best banking experience I've ever had

Monzo are a great bank to be with- setting up savings accounts is hassle free, multiple options for flexing purchases depending on your financial situation and great spend prediction which makes budgeting so easy. I've recently bought my first home, and if it weren't for monzo's pots system and ease of tracking it would have been far more difficult to easily understand our current outgoings. I also have a joint account with my partner, which was so easy to set up and has been great for keeping track of our joint spend - I also really love the categories you can give to payments such as self care or bills. They have also taken on board feedback about flex instalments, and have made banking far easier for me as an individual. I also had surgery this year and received a grant for a medical loan, however, knowing that monzo would approve me almost straight away for my needed amount was such a weight off my shoulders as it meant I could go ahead with the surgey without financial worry - I won't be moving away from monzo any time soon!
