Modern banking done right

I switched to monzo last year and it has just been amazing ever since. The customer service is quick and efficient. I needed to change my name after getting married and all I had to do was take a photo of my marriage certificate, whereas with my former bank I would have to send a letter or visit an actual bank (which is nearly impossible with their working hours). Monzo is the epitome of modern banking. I love the benefits with their premium service, including travel insurance which got me out of a real pickle when Eurostar cancelled my train last minute.
