Monzo has been my main and only bank for over 5 years!

Best bank I've ever had! Their service is always top notch, smooth and actually enjoyable! Despite not having physical banks, I've never had any query that couldn't be solved through the app. They're always adding new features, most recently the saving and investing pots which I'm using now! I also had a short-term loan to pay my flat deposit, which was so easy to set up! It might not sound like a big deal being a "seamless and easy" bank, but when life is already stressful and difficult the last thing you need is a difficult bank who takes 3 weeks to approve a 2k loan. Monzo has been my main and only bank for over 5 years now and I am so happy with their product I would write an essay on why others should try it too. Reviewed on: 4th February 2024
