Horrendous company with no compassion.

Horrendous company with no compassion. It won't matter if you don't have any arrears, if you've made every payment over 2 years , but if you PAY 8 days late, this lender has no problem putting it on your credit file that you are in arrears!! And then your credit file is screwed for 6 years. If you want to take that risk with this lender, then good luck, but there are far better companies that don't treat YOUR CUSTOM in this way. The customer services department aren't interested, they don't care that you've made every payment. Avoid this lender at all costs. No other lender would do that to you after paying late by 8 days.
