Suits Me, an inclusive approach and great service

Suits Me, with it's inclusive approach irrespective of circumstance, provides what I've found to be a great alternative to high street banking. It's all online with good access to multi lingual customer services. You are never kept waiting long for a response be it by email or phone call. It's an easy process to apply and the app is very clear and easy to navigate. The charges are reasonable with a weekly payback rewards system when shopping with it's chosen partners. This can help to offset the charges. Paying in is also very easy and convenient anytime of the day or night at the many PayPoints up and down the country. You can use the account for most of the services you'd expect from a traditional bank, including having salaries paid in, direct debits and money transfers I'm very happy with my account and the service Suits Me provides Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

A very easy to use account - no hassle

Very easy to sign up for an account. Easy to navigate app. Variety of options for paying in, which have recently included a cheaper option, which is great. Timely customer service call backs and helpful staff. Very easy to use all round Reviewed on: 10th February 2024
