I was stranded abroad and needing help.....

I was stranded abroad and having great difficulty accessing my online account because of local issues. I managed to email your customer service team with details of my plight. I was dealt with within 8 hours with a satisfactory outcome. There were two of your employees involved and both were extremely polite, helpful, and sympathetic to my situation. EXCELLENT customer service which is not a commendation I have the opportunity to shout about very often! WELL DONE THE TEAM! Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
