My initial view of CHIP

Although a little frustrating to "speak" to an individual, online/email interactions usually clear up any queries in a reasonably timely fashion. Interest rates could do with being a little more elevated but are not too adverse. The draw account is not clear enough regarding need to lodge completely fresh "real" funds as opposed to bonus.
