Changed the Banking Game & Grew my Confidence

Being a Chip member since 2020 has allowed me to experience the app and the company enough to give an honest review. Within those 4 years, I've had no major issues and with anything minor such as account closures or money switches I've been able to seek advice from the amazing customer service team. The app as well as the people behind it all have made my banking experience so much more comfortable. Chip is truly the most trustworthy app I have regarding my finances. With all the information on any updates, Chip is the best at being back and white and at providing multiple heads-ups months and months prior to the change. With all the information it provides, it's truly made me so much more comfortable and confident in investing and saving for the long run. It presents all the banking and investment options so easily and conveniently while explaining each step of the process as you go along. The only feature I am eagerly waiting is for Chip to generate an online payable feature so that I'm able to purchase products online directly with one of my Chip accounts without having to withdraw money back to my current account as well as create a bank Chip bank card that I'd be able to use directly in the store. It's an amazing app with amazing features, I'd recommend it to everyone no matter their experience with saving and investing. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
